- Usage data (pages visited, features used, search queries)
- Device information (browser type, operating system, screen resolution)
- IP address (used for security, fraud prevention, and general analytics)

2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Platform

- Send important updates about the Platform, your account, or policy changes

- Creator-buyer relationship: When you purchase from a creator, they see your display name and purchase details, not your email or personal information

- Safety and security: To protect rights, safety, or property of FDM Foundry, our users, or the public
4. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it (e.g., transaction records for tax compliance).
Anonymized, aggregated data (which cannot identify you) may be retained indefinitely for analytics and service improvement.
5. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including:
- Encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest
- Secure authentication and access controls
- Regular security reviews and monitoring

FDM Foundry is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly.
