Up-armored GRIM113-B Grimdark Spacenam M113 APC inspired proxy [FDM FRIENDLY, SUPPORTLESS]

When supply lines began collapsing and casualty rates rose along contested jungle corridors, commanders authorized a heavier configuration of the Grim113. This was not meant to replace the standard carrier, but to accompany it. The Grim113-B was built for escort duty. Additional side armor was fitted to protect embarked troops from close-range fire and improvised weapons. A reinforced engine hood shields the powerplant during prolonged pushes through ambush-heavy routes. Deployed in pairs or mixed columns, standard Grim113s carried infantry forward while the armored variants absorbes incoming fire, secures extraction points, and guards convoys moving through hostile terrain. In the Spacenam theater, this version earned a reputation as a rolling shield—never elegant, rarely comfortable, but dependable under pressure. It didn’t lead the charge. It made sure everyone else came back. Rather than replacing the base Grim113, this model is intended to complement it, expanding the platform into a broader universal proxy line.
